Broadband function

This feature was first launched in 2017 and we have been continuously optimizing it ever since. According to the size of the PE rope used, the current PE rope can be unfolded between 15-30mm.

In traditional methods, PE ropes are prone to twisting and knotting during the bundling process, causing the PE rope to act on a single point and causing damage to the cardboard box. Now with this new feature, during the bundling process. Distribute the tension of the PE rope over a width of 15-30mm to prevent the PE rope from cutting into the edge of the bundle, thus presenting a perfect binding effect.

Nodes are movable

This feature was first launched in 2016. During the bundling process, the nodes are located at the edge of the bundle. This function is to move nodes from the edge of the bundle to the edge surface of the bundle. The advantage of this feature is to prevent damage to the cardboard box when removed from the stack, and to prevent one side of the cardboard box from being higher than the other during stacking.

Since the launch of this feature, many customers have chosen this option as their reason for satisfaction and recommendation.

Paper box bundling machine JS 1280 and JS 1380 series

The cardboard box bundling machines JS1280 and JS1380 were first launched in 2009, and since then, these two series of bundling machines have been upgraded every year. In 2018, Jinshun delivered 100 cardboard box bundling machines (including JS 1280 and JS 1380 series), and we received many positive reviews and suggestions from domestic and foreign customers.

The JS 1280 series is designed specifically for connecting with high-speed and medium speed box gluing machines. The packaging speed of the current generation ranges from 30 ± 2 packages per minute to 36 ± 2 packages per minute. In addition to speed upgrades, there are other optional features to choose from (see machine model specifications).

The JS1380 series is designed for integrating cardboard box tying, including 4 to 5 semi-automatic box nailing machines or semi-automatic box gluing machines. According to the selected model, the packaging speed of this series ranges from 25 ± 2 packs/minute to 28 ± 2 packs/minute. In addition to speed upgrades, the machine can also bundle products of different sizes within a range of ± 150mm simultaneously. Similarly, this series also has other optional features to choose from (see machine model).

Corrugated cardboard bundling machine JS 1800 series

The first corrugated cardboard bundling machine in this industry was produced by Jinshun Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2014. The corrugated cardboard strapping machine has the same mechanical characteristics as the JS1380 series, but the machine size is different to meet personalized needs. It is equipped with JS1800-25-30 compatible with 2.5-meter corrugated cardboard with a maximum cutting length of 3.0 meters, JS1800-22-30 compatible with 2.2-meter corrugated cardboard with a maximum cutting length of 3.0 meters, and JS1800-18-30 compatible with 1.8-meter corrugated cardboard with a maximum cutting length of 3.0 meters,. And we can customize the machine size according to the needs.

Just like cardboard strapping machines, corrugated cardboard strapping machines have been upgraded every year since 2014. The current binding speed of the seventh generation machine is 28 ± 2 packs/minute (based on processing size (A) 600mm, size (B) 500mm). In addition to speed upgrades, the current model also has other additional features to choose from (see machine model specifications).

Customer feedback: After using the automatic strapping machine, the manpower was reduced by 6 to 8, the efficiency was improved by 20%, and the production process became smoother.
