The fully automatic strapping machine is the most disorganized equipment among all strapping machines. Compared to manual strapping machines and semi-automatic strapping machines, its maintenance and repair may be much more chaotic, and there are many places to pay attention to when using it. Therefore, customers need to pay extra attention when using the fully automatic strapping machine.
1. Equipment placement question: Usually machines cannot be exposed to strong light, especially for fully automatic packaging machines. This is mainly because the viewing equipment of fully automatic packaging machines is photoelectric sensors. If the photoelectric sensors encounter strong light exposure, they are likely to malfunction, causing the equipment to work abnormally. Semi automatic packaging machines do not need to pay too much attention to this.
2. Maintenance before and after use: The fully automatic strapping machine needs to return the strapping to the cassette after daily use. We know that its strapping is not transported from the strapping reel to the movement direction, but from the strapping storage box of the strapping machine to the movement. If it is not taken out for a long time, it will bend, and we may encounter situations where the strapping is not in place or stuck the next day when we use it.
3. Pay attention to personal safety: After using the strapping machine, its heating element is very hot. At this time, we must not touch the heating element of the strapping machine with our hands to prevent unnecessary damage to the operator. In the process of using the strapping machine, it is especially important not to touch the equipment with your hands, as it is very dangerous. We must not be careless.
We should not be unfamiliar with packaging machines, which come in various types such as semi-automatic, fully automatic, manual, etc. However, when it comes to which machine we should choose, the first thing to consider is our company's production situation. Introducing the types of packaging machines can help us better choose packaging machines, but the question we face when choosing a suitable machine in the future is its work problem.
When the machine is stopped, if it needs to work, press the control panel button; If you need to open it from the beginning, press the arrow on the switch to turn one viewpoint to restore the original state.
2. Possible factors for inadequate tape delivery during the packaging process:
A The force of the lever tension spring is too large or too small: adjust the roller pressure appropriately;
B The orientation of the top pole is too high: In non retreat situations, a 0.3m gap should be maintained between the top pole and the lever. If the top rod is constantly pressed against the lever due to improper adjustment, and the pushing force is large, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of the conveyor belt not being in place;
C Less storage capacity: There are no satisfactory straps in the storage area
D Leading splitting: After leading splitting, the operation in the belt is not smooth, which leads to the improper feeding of the belt. The factor causing splitting is that the binding force is too strong,
E The pressure strip board is too low: The pressure strip board is designed for easy threading. But if it is set too low and the space between it and the bottom of the swing rod is too small, it will affect the free movement of the belt and cause the belt to not be delivered properly. At this point, make appropriate progress on the pressure strip board.
